"Services" refers to all security solutions provided by Z-INDEX INC., including but not limited to VIP protection, armed escorts, event security, and risk management.
SERVICE AGREEMENT

All services provided by Z-INDEX INC. require a written contractual agreement outlining the scope, duration, and fees associated with the service.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if it determines that providing such services poses an undue risk or violates legal or ethical standards.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their security needs.

Clients must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations while engaging our services.

Clients shall not interfere with security personnel or obstruct security protocols.
PAYMENT TERMS

All fees for services must be paid in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement.

Late payments may be subject to additional charges, penalties, or suspension of services.
